The SEP2 is a manual machine designed to separate
pre-scored PCBs fast and economically.
The clearance between the circular blade and the linear blade is adjustable depending the PCB thickness to ensure that the PCB is only separated in the pre-scored groove. The height of the front and back supporting tables is also adjustable.
During the operation, the PCB is placed with its pre-scored groove onto the linear blade and the circular blade is then drawn by hand across the PCB.
